Refund & Return Policy

We want you to shop with complete confidence. If something isn’t right, you have 45 days from the day you receive your order to return it. No stress, no complicated forms — just a simple online process.

All items must be in original condition with tags attached. If an item is missing parts, has been unreasonably tampered with, or shows signs of heavy wear from misuse, we may need to decline the return. Refund returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note:

  • Custom or special-request items are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Mystery box purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Go to your order history and find the order you want to return.
  2. Click “Return Your Order”.
  3. Select the items you want to return, choose your reason, and submit.
  4. We’ll review and confirm your return within 1–2 business days.
  5. Print your RMA and you’re done!

Return Shipping Labels:
We provide prepaid shipping labels when the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Holiday Season Note

During peak holiday times, return approvals may take slightly longer due to volume. If you need an exchange or refund quickly, contact us — we can often help speed things up.


Refunds

Once your return arrives at our distribution center, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow 3–5 business days after we issue it for it to show on your statement.


Postal Delays

We do our best to get your orders delivered, but postal strikes or unexpected delays are outside our control and may affect refund eligibility.


Order Cancellations

Our system processes orders quickly, so cancellations aren’t always possible after placing an order. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately and we’ll try to stop it. During the holiday rush, this can be harder due to faster processing.
