Shipping Times & Costs
Domestic Orders: Free shipping on orders $80+ (2–5 business days). Orders under $80 ship for $6.90. Expedited options such as 4-Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight are available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping is not available to APO/PO Boxes.

International Orders: Shipping starts at $15 USD. Expedited options are available and rates will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Information
We display the exact delivery estimate on each product page, right under the Add to Cart button.

In-Stock Items: Usually delivered in 2–5 business days with free domestic shipping.

Custom / Made-to-Order: May take up to 14 business days before shipping. Expedited options speed up delivery once the order is ready, but not the production time. For example, if a custom jersey takes 13 business days to produce, Overnight shipping means delivery the next day after it’s finished.

Quick-Ship Products: Marked 4–6 business days, and eligible for next-day delivery with Overnight.

Our free domestic shipping option takes 2-5 business days to deliver. Expedited and overnight shipping options are also available upon checkout.

If you have trouble finding your tracking info, please contact us and our support team will be happy to assist.

You should receive your order confirmation within 1 hour of placing your order. If you don’t see it, please:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.  Sometimes emails land there by mistake.

  • Reach out to us immediately if it hasn’t arrived. In rare cases, the wrong email address may have been entered at checkout, and we’ll help fix it right away.

For orders above $400 USD, a signature is required upon delivery. This applies even if you select expedited shipping.

If delivery fails because no one was available to sign, the responsibility falls on the customer, and the order will not qualify for a refund due to failed delivery attempts.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, you have 45 days from the day you receive your order to return it.

All items must be in original condition with tags attached. If an item has been unreasonably tampered with, is missing contents, or shows signs of heavy wear from misuse, we may need to decline the return. Refund returns may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Custom or special-request items are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Mystery box purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

All returns are managed directly through your account.

  3. Select “Return Your Order” next to the order you’d like to return

If you can’t find your order or need assistance, feel free to contact us and our support team will be happy to help.

Refunds are processed as fast as possible following the receipt of your package at our distribution center.

Please allow 3-5 business days after the refund is issued for it to appear on your bank statement.

We ship to any address in the United States including Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and the United States Virgin Islands.

Yes, we do! That includes Canada, The UK, Australia, anywhere in Europe, The Middle East, Asia, and anywhere UPS can get to.

Please take note that you cannot have your item delivered to a P.O. box address.

US Orders Shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey and will not incur customs fees or duties.

For International Orders, We do not charge customs or duty fees however, your order may be subject to additional charges depending on your country’s import laws and regulations. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Our system processes orders automatically to ensure fast delivery, which means cancellations are not always possible once an order has been placed.

If you’d like to cancel, please reach us via Contact Us as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to stop your order before it ships, but during peak holiday periods it may take us longer to get to your ticket, and by then your order may already be on its way.

If your order has already shipped, don’t worry, you can still return it within 45 days of receiving it by following our return process.

We’re sorry, but once an order has shipped, we are not able to reroute or change the shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as quickly as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it before the package leaves our warehouse.

f an item you ordered becomes unavailable, you’ll receive an email notifying you of the specific item. You will not be charged for any out-of-stock products.

Since our inventory updates frequently, we encourage you to sign up for restock notifications on the product page so you’ll be the first to know when your item is available again.

When a product is listed as pre-order, it means the item is not yet in stock but can be purchased in advance.

You will not be charged until the item ships, and at checkout we will provide you with an estimated ship date.

Please note that this date is approximate and may change depending on production and delivery schedules.

If there are any changes to the expected ship date, we will contact you by email to keep you updated.

Pre-ordering is a great way to secure high-demand items before they officially arrive in stock.
